Biocore™ leverages finite element (FE) modeling, musculoskeletal modeling, and statistical shape analysis for biomechanical applications. Biocore™ uses human FE models to understand the injury mechanisms of concussions as well as upper and lower extremity injuries. In addition, modeling is used to design testing protocols and safety equipment for athletes and occupants. Today, Biocore™'s injury prevention work and tools are used by leagues, teams and companies across many industries.
